Reporting Act For Scamming

So here's how it went. Act needed astros, so I tv'ed him and attempted to do some offers. However, he had done all offers I knew how to do. So, I logged off his account, and logged into my mule account with astros to see if I could do any on that. Idk how this is even possible, but after around 10 min, he used all the astros.
I'm not sure of it, but I believe Act is Swag/Hyper and come back to scam more people. Please be careful!
Dunno if this can prove anything. There's also no way of telling if the astros were sent to his acc not my own. But, take my word for it.:

I was trying to do offers on his acc but i couldn't. Then, I went on my own acc and tried to do offers on my acc.

Act photoshoped an account he wanted to sell and made it seem like he had frostguard set.Fortunately he messed up and put the set with his exocores.
