Okay so Jay has had a raffle in the beginning of the month. I won, and I am STILL waiting for my raffle account! It has been 22 days! And I'm not counting the beginning of the thread, I'm counting the last post on that thread where he says "Congrats Rai"

jay doesnt scam , i didnt read the thread ( besides the first post ) so im not sure if he said anything about losing the account in some way o _O , but yea he dont scam
well Dori sorry to say but jay got caught in a bad mood right here cuz she entered raffle/ won spend points and still got no account and jay was online cuz he was pming nd made a thrad nd then posted on his thread nd then he didn't even say anything about losing dat account O_O which i doubt he did nd if he did he should refund rai GG.

I agree with dori Jay is always enforcing rules so I doubt he would scam even if he didnt give now you can either when your going to get it ask for refund or just post till you get your points back :D
I dont agree with dori sorry dori but yea u can ask for refund but if he didn't give it then report and if he said the date when he was gonna give it then yeaa. but i dont think Rai should have to wait years from now cuz thats like a scam to me and she can be refund'd nd enter another raffle. Anyhwho dori ur reason to cut me off r just kinda invaild to me cuz who would wait years? when they can just get their points back. Anywho GL rai Pm him or pm muazam nd let him handle it or get one of ATLAVA scammer watchers to help you.
O and Yes if Rai won the raffle Then Jay doesn't give Prize yes he haves to Refund her cuz she neevr got the prize nd she won she'll enter the raffle for a reason.

if she lost then no he doesn't have to refund her but she did win. So yea Just talk to muazam about this and muzzy w/e a.k.a muazam can get into any problem because he is the hoster of this site nd suppose to handle all problems regarding scam or anything related to his rules.
