That's two right there. Cussing and False-Derepping.

Here's the link for his fake service. It scammed two people.

Swearing isnt bannable for the last time , if one of your things your reporting for is swearing , unless their saying " FUCK YOU , you -insert racist and/or religious stereotype here" then its not bannable

also if u said he scammed and he believes he didnt , then he can derep you for that , BUT its on the wrong thread ...sooo..yea

actually, Derepping and insulting is an unwarrented derep, thus an offense.
