Permission To:Create Tournament.

Hey Muazam and fellow atlavians, i'm just wondering if this tournament can be legal.. this tournament is just basically for fun, and prizes. just like a short carat event.

so this is how i plan it:
The Thread will be in the "gameplay" section in the rumble fighter section of atlava.

there will be 3 events. of which of 7 players battling it out in singles mode.
I will be the only judge.
the maps vary, i may choose what the maps are, or, i give the votes to people i choose.

prizes will be:
1st - 150k carats
2nd - 75k carats
3rd - 25k carats
participant prize: any clothing top or bottom they want.

and here are the rules.
- all exocores are permitted, but, not: a16-p (messed up robot pill) and soldier.
- sage master is permitted, but if you wish to use it, no stats. Got it sage users?
- MAX Stats are permitted! Go all out with your 74 str!
- there will be a room for each day. (max of 3) and 7 people will sign up on the thread, and will be put in a room.
- you must add me in rf, and i'll pm you my ign. then, i'll pm you the password, or invite.


so the short question is:
am i allowed to have a free carat event for the people of atlava?
or at least i have permission?

muazam has minimal prices for carat right? So, i'm just asking if i have permission if this is allowed..
