aaa, i had it on my previous account but it went missing? why exackly is the user glow gone now :O? i taught it was pretty coool? and i noticed only some members have it still 0-0, is there a reason not everyone can have it now D=?

It was disabled by Muazam in beginning of 2011.

It is not enabled by people with VIP.
By disabled he meant that Muazam discontinued the use of it. :3
