Here is a list of Frequently asked questions :

Q : Why can't i buy Username glow from the market?
A : Username glow has been removed from the market a few months ago, only few members that bought it before it was removed has username glow. PLEASE, stop asking for it back. It is up to Muazam to decide without these threads pestering him.

Q: Why can't i see the chatbox !?
A: You need atleast 10 posts to see the chatbox. Other than that, there is a possibility that you have been banned from the chatbox. If you think you have, please contact Muazam thru PM. NOT posting a thread.

Q: Can i have [Game] Hack ?
A: NO. I will give first warnings to members that are new and posted once. If they post more threads asking for a hack, they will be either infracted/ temp banned by Admins. This section is for questions about Atlava itself only.

Q : Problem with rumble fighter ?
A : Post in this section : Rumble Fighter. Read the rules, and i wouldn't have to explain this again.

Q: How come my friend is banned or how come I was banned ?
A: Do not post a thread about that here. Please PM Muazam for a straightfoward answer, and not a bunch of members throwing ideas out.

Q:How do i send points to another user?
A: Click the Market tab on the top of the website, On the menu on the left side you will see a list of options. Click on "Donate", then click on Donate to another user. Enter the username and amount.

Q: How can I give rep?
A: On the bottom left of a post there is a Six-Point star and a Triangle. The Triangle is the "Report Post" and the Star allows you to add or subtract Reputation from a user.

Q: How do i gain Rep Power?
A: Rep power increases by 1 every 50 posts. Do not however spam and post useless stuff, you will be warned/ After a couple of warns, you will be temp banned.

your rep power increases by 1 every year (after you have registered, of course) and when your reputation reaches 100, 200, and so on.

Q: What can i do with points?
A: Buy items from the market, Purchase items from services. (carats, signatures,.etc) Items that are bought from a user needs to be sent thru the Donate to another user item.

Q: Where are my points after i completed a survey?
A: After you have completed a survey, PM Muazam for your points. Please be patient, to be credited.

Q: Can i buy points with real money or paypal?
A: Yes. You may, click the market tab above and click converter. All other information will be displayed there.

More importantly, please only send 1 PM to Muazam and do not constantly bother staffs about your problem. Just be patient.

Thats due to a simple code, you're using a "Special Character" in your name and thus it interferes with the code.

Q: How can I send points?
A: In the top bar of Atlava (Just under the picture of the Alchemist) there is the market. Click it. "Buy" donate to user and the rest is self-explanatory.
