Healthy diet to maintain weight!!!

    Well we should be eat healthier foods for keep fitness of the body and maintain
    of the body weight. A balanced diet contains;
    A:some protein such as lean meats,fish,chicken,eggs,etc
    B:some carbohydrates such as pasta, rice, bread, potatoes
    C:some fats such as oil, nuts and seeds
    D:some fruits and vegetables.

    yep but you forgot dairy products
